All of the calendars displayed on our properties show current, up-to-the-minute bookings and availability. These calendars are available to you and to other prospective guests, travel agents, realtors and owners who may be considering booking one or more units. If you are looking to reserve during the high season, or during a holiday or other special local events (such as a golf or tennis tournament or a convention), we strongly recommend that you book as early as possible.
Our normal cancellation policy is that there are no full or partial refunds within 30 days of the reservation commencement unless we re-rent the unit(s). However, for online bookings we give all guests the right to cancel a reservation within 24 hours of making the reservation if (1) the reservation is at least seven days prior to occupancy and (2) the guest e-mails and calls us within the 24 hours requesting the cancellation.
If you have questions about a particular property or you reached a member of the after-hours call center who cannot sufficiently answer your questions, we encourage you to complete your reservation and contact us the following day to answer your questions or satisfy your need. The 24-hour cancellation policy allows cancellation for any reason, including pricing. Our goal is to obtain for you the vacation rental your desire.
If the number in your party seems to be a moving target, call us so we may try to reserve the correct unit size and/or number of units. Again if you are wishing to book online and are worried the unit(s) you want may disappear, please go ahead and book what you think you will need and then use the 24 hour window to call us and discuss the situation. We will do our best to come up with a flexible plan that, while being fair to the owners we represent, will give you the time needed to reserve your unit(s) while confirming the size of your party.
Pacifica Vacation Rentals uses a secure, encrypted credit card payment system for all of our guests booking online. (For anyone using a card issued outside the United States or Canada, we will ultimately require a credit card charge to be replaced with wired funds to hold the reservation.)
