Located one block up from the sand, this stunning three story beach house has ocean views from each of its two balconies and roof deck. The home was built in 2002 and has many upgrades including granite counter tops, hard wood floors and built-in entertainment wall with big screen plasma TV (not too mention the rooftop jacuzzi). Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom and large closets. The master suite has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower with a king-size bed, walk-in closet and private balcony. A second bedroom has a queen bed. The "kids" bedroom has twp bunk beds with trundle, sleeping up to 6 kids. The bedrooms are on the first two floors and common area on the third floor as is traditional in the beach areas. The home is great for entertaining with stainless steel appliances, double ovens, gas stove and a spacious great room with a gas grill off the balcony. Roof deck with private jacuzzi tub, bar area and panoramic views of the ocean. The home has been professionally decorated with a contemporary, comfortable beach decor. Attached 2 car garage.
If you are unfamiliar with Hermosa Beach, this small city is considered one of the nicest cities in the United States. The beach has been ranked best in the country (thus the city name) and the city's laid back style in the middle of a major metropolitan area makes it desirable to locals and non-locals alike. The boardwalk continues up several miles past Santa Monica and you can walk, bike or rollerblade. You can visit all the major attractions of Los Angeles, Orange County or even San Diego and be back home at night in your beach home.
