This charming two story beach house has a balcony equipped with a BBQ and seating made for enjoying the 180 degree view of the coast all at the same time. The top floor of this house has a very open floor plan for entertaining family and friends while enjoying the views of the ocean from either the living room with a Plasma TV, the spacious dining area with plenty of seating, the gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances, and of course the balcony! The kitchen is top of the line! The island provides a lot of space making it simple for cooking gourmet meals. It is fully loaded with appliances, granite countertops, a dishwasher, microwave, and a Stainless Steel Refrigerator. Downstairs there is a lot of space for sleeping! The downstairs living room acts as a bedroom with one pull out couch and another couch with a twin trundle. It also has a fireplace and a glass wall to enjoy the views of the beach. The Master Bedroom has its own elegant bathroom, gorgeous linens, and Plasma TV. The Third and Fourth Bedroom have enough room to sleep up to two people each, both with Plasma TVs, and comfortable linens. The Fifth Bedroom has two twin beds, a flat screen TV, linens, and a desk. All three bathrooms have Spa systems, Jacuzzi jetted tubs, heater, custom spa showers with multiple showerheads! From this location you can step to the white sandy beaches of Hermosa where you can surf, swim, snorkel, sunbathe, play volleyball, have picnics and still enjoy the comforts of the indoors. You can also walk locally to the downtown area where there are delicious dining spots, dancing, movies, comedy clubs, bars, and shopping to enjoy!
