Built in 2006 as part of the world famous La Quinta Resorts, this luxurious 1700 SF villa has a kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and paver tiles and a full complement of cooking utensils and cutlery. The one story flat has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a sleeper sofa, stacked laundry and parking for two. The villa has balconies off of the living room area and bedrooms and has fireplaces in the living room and some bedrooms. Televisions/DVDs are typically found in the living area and each bedroom. This 3 bed 3 bath unit has 180 degree views of the Santa Rosa Mountains from both balconies. Legacy Villas at La Quinta adjoins the five star Hilton La Quinta Resorts and Club (one block away). Legacy Villas is a guard gated community which contains over ten pools including a family pool, adult pool, Jacuzzi and zero entry pool with children's play area. The 11,000 SF clubhouse provides a large lounge and reading area, meeting rooms, internet access and a state-of-the art fitness center. The grounds contain over twenty fountains and offer outdoor fireplaces, hammocks, grills and numerous seating areas. The serene and relaxing yet fun atmosphere of the property is enhanced by the view of the nearby Santa Rosa mountains. The hotel itself offers four restaurants, a deluxe spa, numerous shops, room service and two world class golf courses-- all available to guests of Legacy Villas. Within a few minutes of the property, you can also find many more low and high end restaurants, grocery stores (including Trader Joe's), tennis, world class golf, shops, casinos and all the many features for which visitors come to the desert.
My family and I stayed at the Legacy Villas for 4th of July weekend. Despite the high temperatures we had a BLAST enjoying the three pools just for us! The rooms were spacious and super clean, the grounds were very well kept and the pools, well, we did not leave the pools unless we were kicked out! The family pool specially was the best. Perfect for families and safe for kids. Our only complaint was that there were only two BBQs at one of the pool and not at the family one. That would've made our stay even better! Will recommend to all friends and family in a heartbeat!
My best friend, my wife Sharon Rose and I stayed recently for 2 weeks at Legacy Villas in La Quinta. This villa was well situated near the front gates, main pool, gym and other resort facilities. Legacy Villas is new and looks awesome....a great vacation location and resort! The lower floor unit was well appointed, and we really enjoyed our stay. We'll be back. Tubaboy
The 3 bedroom three bath unit had most all the accommodations we had asked for. The grounds were clean and maintained. It's a guarded community, close to stores and restaurants, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Be sure to ask if your unit will have a BBQ on the patio. Some do, but ours did not. As long as the cost of the stay remains affordable, we will definitely stay here again.
