This Santa Fe style home is strategically located in La Quinta between the famous La Quinta Resort and Spa and Old Town La Quinta. The hotel offers four restaurants, a deluxe spa, numerous shops, and two world class golf courses. Old Town also has numerous adult oriented and kid friendly restaurants and shopping areas.
Within a few minutes of the property, you can also find many more low and high end restaurants, grocery stores (including Trader Joe's), tennis, world class golf (including PGA West), shops, casinos and all the many features for which visitors come to the desert.
The home is surrounded on three sides by the Santa Rosa Mountains. You enter the home through a private courtyard where the private swimming pool is also located. The dining area has French doors that open to the pool area. The kitchen is conveniently located with its open floor plan which makes outside entertaining by the pool easy. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers plenty of counter space.Gorgeous Saltillo tile is found throughout the living areas of the house while the bedrooms are fitted with Berber carpet. Ceiling fans are in all bedrooms as well as the living and dining room.

The Master has and second bedroom have queen beds and the third bedroom a full futon.
