Walk three blocks to the famous El Paseo shopping/food district, grocery shop at Vons across the street or walk five blocks the other direction to Starbucks! Tons of golfing and tennis nearby too. The indoor Mall (off 111) is two blocks away; the "River" mall is 2 miles away. This community was one of the first in Palm Desert, it has a classic family feel and is THE most centrally located of them all.
