This upstairs home overlooks the lawns at the Shadow Mountain Resort. The condo has been updated and has newer appliances and other features in the kitchen and has a spacious living room and dining area that opens out on to the balcony providing lots of light and an airy feeling. The home has cable TV and internet access. The main bedroom offers a King size luxury bed and the second bedroom two queen beds.
Lounge and swim in any one of the three semi private pools located on the property. Note: Shadow Mountain Racquet Club is an exclusive membership club, so use of the larger pool and tennis courts is restricted. However, offsite tennis is available at nearby professional tennis resorts that offer clinic, lessons, social events, and match-making; ask your Pacifica agent for details and inquire about our tennis packages that allow you to play at a variety of top tennis resorts in the desert for a minimal fee.
There is also an abundance of golf in the desert and, for convenience, next door is the Shadow Mt. Golf Club.

This home is also close to the indoor mall and only two miles from the River. This central Palm Desert location gives you the advantages of being walking distance to nearby restaurants and shopping but also not far from either Palm Springs or La Quinta or points in betweeen.
