This charming unit is located on the fairway of the popular Rancho Las Palmas Country Club. Centrally located between Palm Springs and La Quinta, this gated Rancho Mirage community is the perfect place to stay. This single level home is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. It has a large living-dining area with cathedral ceilings. If you like to cook, the kitchen is well equipped and the view from the kitchen window is fabulous. The inside laundry has a washer and dryer. Cable TV is provided throughout the house and the living area has a large TV/DVD.
